| I got my own 8310 2 months ago and uptil now i couldn´t be able to use it for browsing andthe vedio recording needs a formatted flash memory.Please advice me on how to go about it and get the vedio useful and even browse with it.

| i had my black berry for 2 months and in that time i had the following prolems. 1 the phone keeps on freezing. 2 the phone goes off for no reason at all. 3 at this stage my phone is in for repairs because the phone dont charge at all. not a very happy customer |

| all of a sudden I cant hear any thing in my BB curve 8310 the caller hears me but I dont hear anything - no static, no background noise no nothing. Nothing happened to my phone lately, it was working fine. Any suggestions? |
